What type of equipment do you use
We use only the biggest duct cleaning trucks money can buy. Our trucks are made by W.R. Pringle, the company that invented the air duct cleaning truck and American Caddy Vac,another industry leader when it comes to top of the line equipment. All of our trucks represent the state of the art in the industry with the most suction, super high powered 240psi+ air compressors on board.
How much does air duct cleaning cost?

How long does the average house take to clean?
We have great, experienced technicians and the most powerful equipment available any cost; With this in mind, the average 1500sqft home takes us 1 to 2 hours to complete.
Time is money. Some of our competitors with electric portable equipment may quote you 4 hours and a higher price. that's beacuse labor is the biggest expense as a company, and a portable machine required far more labor and usually results in a ductwork that isn't as clean as the big trucks can achive far faster.
What is the coolest thing you've ever pulled out at an air duct cleaning job?
Many years ago, in West Bloomfield we found a 1939 German Luger pistol.
Mostly we find dog balls more than anything else else, besides dust.
What is your service area?
Here at Sani-Clean we service the entire Oakland County, Wayne County and Macomb County areas. Sometimes we can even be persuaded to go a bit further for a small travel fee.
We do a lot of work in Macomb Twp., and Chesterfield, as well as Novi and Canton. St. Clair and Southgate are usually on our schedule weekly as well.
